2017 Fall Track Training

The goal of fall track training will be to build stronger bases for all athletes, specifically working to develop strength, power, speed, endurance and stamina. Everyone will need to purchase their own medicine ball and bring it to each workout. The majority of workouts will be on grass and off the track as this will help to prevent injuries.  Workouts will be on Tuesdays and Fridays, and we will also be issuing workouts to do on your own, or preferably with others in the group. As we progress, we will move into event specific training, getting athletes ready for their school track seasons and/or our summer track program. We are limiting our training group to 30 athletes, middle school and high school ages only. Start date is September 26th, and practice locations will be announced(all in Boerne). The monthly fee is $125 and will be billed to you via PayPal invoice. If you are interested in joining or have any questions, please email us at [email protected]
